Liv with Autism Foundation - a 501c3 Non Profit Organization Promoting Autism Awareness
LIV WITH AUTISM FOUNDATION LIBRARY POLICIES

The Liv with Autism Foundation (LWAF) On-line Lending Library was designed to provide resources to interested parties that may not have access to them otherwise.  The LWAF Library contains many books and magazines both purchased and or donated by the foundation's Board of Directors and supporters of the autism community.

Following are some guidelines that will help make the lending process more enjoyable for all:

  • Only LWAF On-Line Library Members will be allowed to borrow materials.  If you are not a member, please complete the contact form and in the comments section please indicate that you would like to become a member of the On-Line Lending Library.

  • We would like to ask that you limit the number of items you would like to borrow to two items at a time.  This will allow us to service more members at one time.

  • Please try to review/read the materials that you receive and promptly return them when you are finished.  We ask that you return the items within 30 days, or contact the foundation to get an extension.

  • Shipping Charges:
       - LWAF will cover the cost to ship the items that you have selected to you.
       - The Borrower will cover the cost of shipping the materials back to LWAF. (The items can be shipped via media mail which is the cost efficient way to ship books, etc.  )

  • While there are no fees, other than return shipping cost of materials, Monetary donationas are greatly appreciated.  This will help LWAF maintain their library and acquire more materials    .
